Founded in 2019, Comfort Home Community Service has thrived in its efforts to make a difference and impact within the community. Comfort Home Community Service envisions the future of service and innovative ways to develop, enhance, and implement services based on the community's needs. Community Empowerment​
Our services are built on person-centered planning. Clients are evaluated based on their needs. The goal is to assist, support, guide, motivate, and reinforce to ensure our clients function at home and in the community at their highest potential. Our Team of professionals focuses on individual strengths, hopes, desires, and dreams. Our services include self-care, health maintenance, decision-making, home management, managing personal resources, communication, mobility and transportation, relationship development, socialization, and individual adjustment. Participating in community functions and activities and using community resources.
HOME AND COMMUNITY HABILITATION
A service that helps people with intellectual and developmental disability develop skills that are required to live independently in their homes, community, and society.
HOMEMAKER AND CHORES
CHCS offers a service that teaches or enhances individuals' cleaning, financing, organizing, cooking, shopping, and laundry skills.
COMPANION SERVICES
Our well-trained staff focuses on our clients' needs. Following state regulations and guidelines, our advanced goal is to promote healthy living and provide client safety, independence, and mental and emotional health support.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORT
Socializing within the community is an essential aspect of our service. Through our client-centered planning process, the agenda is to assist our clients by engaging in everyday community activities. Walks, shopping, trips to the library, school, cooking, community recreation, and many other functions used to increase client participation in the community.
RESPITE SERVICES
Comfort Homes Community Service offers day, governing, and long-extended Respite care services if families need to run errands, travel for business, or take vacations. Our well-trained staff ensures all needs are catered to and adhered to during clients' stay.
